The Re:Model AI Roundtable is an executive peer roundtable on AI-driven transformation and operating models, for CxOs and cross-functional leaders. Each in-person session opens with a short keynote by an industry peer or expert on a specific use case - what worked, what didn't, and what it cost. Then a moderated conversation among equals.

Participation at the Re:Model AI Roundtable is governed by these terms. They are shared again with each cycle's confirmation.
The Roundtable. The Re:Model AI Roundtable is a curated, invitation-based peer group for leaders navigating AI-driven transformation, organised by Re:Model ("the organisers", represented by the chairs) with the support of institutional partners and subject matter experts. Participation is governed by these terms.
Seats. A seat is personal, non-transferable, and confirmed per cycle. It cannot be delegated to a colleague, and it attaches to you - not to your organisation. Seat confirmation is at the chairs' discretion; a request does not guarantee a seat, and the table is curated for balance across disciplines, seniority, and organisations.
Presence. Presence is the contribution. Absence from two consecutive sessions triggers a recalibration of further participation, and the seat may pass to the waitlist. Cancellations should reach the organisers no later than five working days before a session, so the seat can be offered on.
Role changes. You inform the organisers of a job change, a move to a new organisation, or departure from employment. Your seat is then reviewed to preserve the balance of the table - including where a change creates a competitive or confidentiality-sensitive constellation. Continued participation is at the chairs' discretion.
Confidentiality. The Chatham House Rule applies to everything said in the room: you are free to use the information; you may not reveal who said it or where they work. In addition: no recordings, no photographs of the discussion, no screenshots, no forwarding of messages or materials, and no attribution - direct or recognisable - outside the group. These obligations apply during your participation and do not expire with it, including after any role change or departure from the group.
Materials. Session materials, member lists, and anything shared in the group's channels or members area fall under the same confidentiality. Speakers retain ownership of their content; nothing shared at the Roundtable grants a licence to reuse it.
Conduct. No selling at the table. Contributions - from members and speakers alike - follow one rule: substance over selling. The chairs moderate and hold this line.
Guests. No guests, substitutes, or observers without the chairs' prior agreement.
In-between formats. Workshops, site tours, retreats, and demos are part of the Roundtable and covered by these terms in full - confidentiality included. For site visits, the host organisation's safety and security rules apply; participation in all formats is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
Costs. Participation is by invitation and currently hosted by the organisers and partners. Should any format carry a cost contribution (e.g. retreats), this is communicated before you commit to it.
Data. Your details are used to manage Roundtable participation - seat administration, session logistics, and group communication - per the privacy notice. They are not shared outside the organisers and partners, and never sold.
Coordination group. By providing your phone number as a confirmed seat holder, you agree to be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for your cycle, used for session coordination and logistics. Your number is visible only to the members of that group and is not shared with anyone else, nor used for any other purpose, without your written permission. Everything exchanged in the group falls under clause 5. You may leave the group at any time without affecting your seat.
Breach and termination. Breach of these terms - above all of confidentiality - ends participation without further discussion. You may end your participation at any time by informing the organisers; clauses 5, 6 and 12 survive.
Changes. The organisers may amend these terms between cycles; the version in force is shared with each cycle's confirmation. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Privacy notice
How the organisers of the Re:Model AI Roundtable handle your personal data.
Who is responsible. Re:Model, represented by the chairs of the Roundtable, is responsible for the data described here. Questions and requests: hello@re-model.ch.
What we collect. Only what you enter in a form on this site: your name, role and organisation, work email address, phone number, discipline, and - for use case and partnership enquiries - the text you write. Nothing else is collected, and the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why. To administer seats and the waitlist, to organise sessions and in-between formats, to run the cycle coordination group, and to reply to use case and partnership enquiries. Your data is not used for advertising and is never sold.
Legal basis. Your consent, given when you tick the box on a form, and the legitimate interest of the organisers in running a curated peer group. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Phone number. For confirmed seat holders, your number is used to add you to the WhatsApp group for your cycle, for session coordination and logistics. It is visible to the members of that group, is not shared beyond it, and is not used for any other purpose without your written permission. You may leave the group at any time without affecting your seat. A number given with a use case or partnership enquiry is used only to reply to that enquiry - those enquiries do not place you in any group.
Who else sees it. The organisers and, where a session requires it, the institutional partner hosting it. Technical processing happens on infrastructure operated by the organisers in Europe. Your data is not sold, rented, or passed to advertisers.
How long. For as long as you take part, and up to twenty four months afterwards so that the table's composition and history remain intelligible. You can ask for erasure sooner.
Your rights. You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a copy in portable form, or to object to processing. Write to hello@re-model.ch and you will hear back. You may also complain to your data protection authority - in Switzerland, the FDPIC.
Confidentiality inside the group. Member details and anything shared in the group are covered by clause 5 of the rules and regulations, and that obligation continues after you leave.
Changes. This notice may be updated between cycles. The version in force is the one published here.
Draft for review. This notice describes real practice but has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
